This position will report to the Director of PSO / CSO.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues for custom software projects
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies through research and training as determined by Technical Team manager
• Use ticketing system to ensure that highest level of support is provided
• Development of test plans, documentation for software modules
• Create and deliver client-facing implementation report/documentation detailing installation steps carried out

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a technical consultant in a leading firm
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Experienced in analyzing and discussing business and technical topics with both technical and nontechnical personnel
• Exhibits creativity in identifying and implementing solutions to meet business requirements
• Previous experience with IIS, Apache, Oracle Database Server or MS SQL Server a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is must
• Masters degree in Management Information Systems is preferred

b-pack delivers solutions both in the cloud and on client site. The responsibility of the cloud administrator is to set-up, maintain and always improve the worldwide cloud architecture of b-pack. As any position at b-pack, the objective is to provide total customer satisfaction.

• Set-up / support / monitor of cloud instances (Amazon EC2, MS Azure)
